“Teplodar PV” LLC was established in January 2012. The company's shareholders - German and Israel investors. The main activity is generation and sale of electricity.
In June 2013 the solar power plant - with the installed capacity of 4.2 MW was built and put into operation in Teplodar, Odessa region. Today the company is developing additional projects of solar power plants as well as power plants using biomass construction.

Company "Energoinvest" works on the electricity market since 1997 and currently is one of the largest energy companies in Ukraine, generating electricity from renewable energy sources.
The main activities are the overhaul and reconstruction of existing small hydropower plants, recovery of non-performing small hydropower plants, construction of new small hydropower plants, construction and operation of solar power, participation in programs of integrated use of hydropower resources, including the solution of environmental problems of small and medium-sized rivers.
LLC "Energoinvest" operates 12 small hydropower plants (SHP) in Vinnytsia region on Murafa, Southern Bug and Sob rivers - one in Lviv region on the Stry river and two SHPs in Ivano - Frankivsk region on Prut and Zolota Lypa rivers. The total capacity of small hydropower plants - more than 14 MW. The company has built and operates two solar power plants in Vinnitsa region.
